“The people who run this facility are truly kind, stand-up folks. When we closed out our locker at this facility, we accidentally left the lock on the door and also neglected to turn off autopay. I had spoken to someone on the phone about vacating the space, but admittedly, I hadn't sent an email and had nothing in writing. I discovered 2 months later that we were still paying for the locker. I alerted the managers to my mistake, and within a day they cut the lock (waiving the $25 fee), and they're sending us a check for the 2 months of additional rent we paid. If you need a storage locker in this area of town, go no further! Not only is it easy access and air conditioned, but the people who manage it are fantastic!.”

The fact they have managers living onsite with security alarms for not only the building but the individual units has really given me confidence that my things are secure. The resident managers have always been wonderful and and very helpful..”

“I have been with this storage facility for 6 years and can honestly say it is an exceptional experience. It is clean, well run, with an office open 7 days a week. My unit was air conditioned and I always had several carts at my disposal for moving boxes and other belongings of mine. They even have a cart specifically designed for moving mattresses that allowed me to move a queen mattress by myself. They are also right next to Home Depot which is exceptionally useful for renting a box truck for 75 minutes at $25. Would highly recommend!.”
