Jim and Barbara are SO sweet. They helped us out with finding the correct storage unit to fit all of our stuff. We are college students, so they understood that we really needed a unit. They were really flexible about a plan to rent! AND THEYRE SO NICE.

Super nice people with a great sense of humor! Storage spaces are neat, easy to access, and very affordable. Just don't forget to put in your 10-day notice before you move out! (Or else they can't prorate you.)

Chris at the Orange US Storage Center on Main St is fantastic! The set-up process was very efficient and the facility is very clean and secure. I researched a few other storage facilities in Orange and Anaheim and this place by far offers the best value and customer experience. I would like to say that my experience with us storage was quite awesome. they were patience and very informal on all questions asked my myself and my husband. (and that can be very challenging). there was no preasure to rent or commit to anything when speaking with them. i would refer them to my friends and work associates.

Both of the employees on site were very helpful & made my move-in so much less stressful than I had initially thought it might be!
They were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
The grounds are very clean and the prices were some of the best I was quoted in the area!
Big thanks to MATT for being super cool, down to earth and efficient with the whole move-in process, you made me feel welcome and I appreciate you keeping an open line of communication with me during this move-in that was particularly hectic bc of my late night work schedule. BIG thank you to ANNA for your help getting me moved in and settled, last minute you saved me from what could have been the final little thing that I just flipped out and went nuts over. Thank you for your help and for making sure I had everything I needed!

Hello to those that are and want a storage rental offers a variety of storage units to fit their needs. I chose this area for convenience to access of freeway, shop malls and library. I found the hours of access best for my schedule. but my bonus was to the personal . they answered my many questions with incredible patience including information i had no clue in my best interest. They gave me time and space to making the best reason to make them apart of my life in choosing US STORAGE here in ORANGE. Less stress is my best. So to anyone? These people are a trust to me. Very disappointed! I received my refund back because I no longer needed a storage and I only had it for little less then 24 hours. It wasn't easy to do FYI! First off if your a manger you should have great customer service skills and do what you can for the customers! Unfortunately Ana Is not there yet! I went to return my lock and she looked so upset didn't want to look at me like If I stole her money or something! Very unprofessional even when she showed me the unit she used curse words, CASUALLY maybe but still I just thought maybe she was just a young sales associate but when I received an email from her and saw her title as Assistant Manager I was really shocked. At least say Sorry it didn't work out maybe in the future something!! not even a bye. wow
