“Super clean, nice units competitive prices. Super friendly staff ***update*** I've been with Plumas Lake Self Storage for over three years now, and their service continues to exceed expectations. The facility is always super clean, the units are well-maintained, and the prices remain competitive. What really stands out is the customer service, every interaction I’ve had over the years, though infrequent due to being on autopay, has made me feel like I was their top priority. They respond to emails faster than any business I’ve ever dealt with, and their staff is consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. I currently have two units and just added a third. While the items I store aren’t necessarily high in monetary value, they’re personal belongings from the home we sold, and I feel completely secure keeping them here. Thank you, Plumas Lake Self Storage, for maintaining such a high standard of care and service..”
