“Rae, the onsite administrator, is a delight and the shining light of this company. The corporate greed of this operation, however, is a real problem. Rate increases for no discernible reason can be expected because, once you are moved in, you are a compromised target. No one wants to move their stuff after they finally get settled - this mentality is clearly understood by Safe Mind and they capitalize on it. When my rates went up again and again, I finally shopped and found equally viable facilities for nearly 1/3 the cost of Safe Mind. I urge everyone to shop around first and avoid this facility if possible. I understand the company makes a practice of scrubbing the internet of unflattering reviews like this one. So it may well be that Safe Mind's online ratings are not necessarily reflective of actual customer experience. Buyer beware..”
