“Great units, super clean and brand new. The staff was very quick to respond to my texts and calls. I needed to find a unit quickly, and they were happy to answer all of my questions as a first-time storage unit renter. I accidentally confused my move-out date in our conversations and text messages. Axis was kind enough to work with me and come up with a plan to help me avoid any extra charges. Overall, a great company, and I would definitely recommend renting a unit here! :).”
