I have been a customer for years......mostly because the customer service is so great....The office managers are more like close friends, or family. Any issue I have ever had was resolved quickly and in a friendly manner. The property, and storage units are clean, and well maintained, and the whole place is safe, and secure. I cannot say enough good things about this well run business. If you have storage needs, long term , or short - and the location is near you.....select SECURE SELF STORAGE - LONG NECK over others in the area, you'll be glad you did. Paula and Brown are the best.

This is the best storage units I have ever rented!!! Well kept and super clean. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful!! Paula is a wonderful caring person..24 hour Accessibility and very secure..I often work in my unit late at night with no worries..Units are a great place for small businesses to gain a little room..I have been renting here for almost 3 years and would not dream of going anywhere else..

I have always had a positive experience with the nice folks at Secure Self Storage in Longneck. Most of the time I deal with Brown who has always been very friendly and aims to please. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to store their merchandise. I have never had any problems with security issues or gate openings over the years.

Secure Self Storage is the best. It truly is secure and convenient, open 24/7 with your password. The management team of Paula and Brown are tops. They are efficient and friendly, always helpful. I can't recommend them enough.

When we have had contact with Paula she is always helpful & friendly.
We have had our storage unit at the Long Neck site for numerous years. We are very happy that when we were looking for extra space that we chose Secure Self Storage.

Great experience. This is a very well run and organized business. The facility is extremely clean and the office hours are convenient. While Paula and Lauren were very professional and efficient, they were also warm, friendly and a pleasure to interact with. We will miss them! We happily recommend Secure Self Storage in Millsboro to anyone in the area who needs additional storage space.

Great self store facility. Clean, well maintained, on-site management. 24/7 accessibility for your srorage unit. I stored my Class C here for about 5 years before I sold it. Very convienient. Storage fees seem reasonable. I shop here, now and again, for storage and shipping needs. Boxes, tape, etc. Again, resonable pricing. I can highly recommend this facility. BTW: Great Manager!

Excellent storage facility. Have been there 4 years. Very well maintained and Paula is very receptive to needs of renters. Love the 24 hour access and security the facility has. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with our experience at this facility. We are currently renting climate controlled units and they are very well maintained. The manager and staff couldn't be more pleasant and helpful.

The customer service at this facility is wonderful. We stored a travel trailer here years ago, sold it and are returning for a second time to store a different trailer. I was impressed the staff remembered me and our trailer. I love that you have access 24 hr access with a secure code. The facility is clean and easy to drive around.

I have had various sized units here for many years. Always clean, always safe, and well maintained. Customer service is excellent. Much of this is due to the manager Paula who takes pride in her work and treats customers like family. I highly recommend!
