“My experience with this business has been extremely frustrating. I received written confirmation from Little Elm Self Storage that my move-out date was July 27, 2026 and paid my last month due for July. I've since moved away from this area and they do not respond to emails or answer their phone. I've been trying to contact the business for months and there is 0 response, just these emails that keep tallying up the late fees. I'm not sure who is running this business but I would highly encourage others to stay away from this self storage!.”

“If you’re seeking a storage unit, I highly recommend you go elsewhere. My experience at little elm self storage is the worst experience I’ve had with any business in my entire life. We needed to rent a unit for a couple months while our house was on the market. When our house sold, I immediately went on the website and selected “move out of unit.” The website forced me to stay two weeks longer than needed, but that’s fine. My move out date was set and we moved everything out over time leading up to that. A week before the move out date I called up and asked if we could pay a prorated rate for that last week, since we didn’t need the full month. I was told by the person that answered that would be fine. We were then locked out of our unit and unable to move out the last item in there. Clif, the manager, was absolutely impossible to deal with, hitting us with late fees, rent fees, etc for multiple months after even when we told him we were moved out and since we were locked out, we couldn’t get the last item. The place is a scam - they obviously try to milk you for everything they can get and make no attempt to work with you. We never got our item back. As a side note, I was very uncomfortable/creeped out by Clif and found him to be very disrespectful towards women. To this day, we are still getting emailed once a month with more fees and I have no idea what to do about. Avoid this place at all costs..”

“Clif was graet.”
