First and foremost the staff is extremely helpful and will go the extra mile to help you. Access hours are also a very good thing. 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. 7 days a week 365 a year.

I was quoted the wrong amount over the phone but once I Got too the site Daisy was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the whole operation she was great and efficient and she guided me through the process in a timely fashion the unit was clean and ready too go located right off elevator I highly recommend this storage company

This is my first time storing here at US Storage Centers-Cerritos. I am beyond happy with the customer service given to be by Filibert and Daisy. I feel all my belongings are incredibly safe since I am away for long periods of time and all the safey features and measures make me feel more at peace while I am away.

I have rented my unit now for about 5 months. The staff is awesome. I rented my unit using the online reservation system. When I arrived, I was shown the exact unit I requested. The paperwork took about twenty minutes to finalize. I purchased a lock onsite and was given the keys, shown how to access facility after hours and was ready to move stuff in. The facility is clean, well maintained and the staff is always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for storage you should check them out. The Cerritos, CA location ROCKS!

Filibert helped us with our storage needs after we relocated from Oregon. We underestimated how much stuff we really had, and only reserved units that fit maybe three quarters of our belongings. At the last minute he ensured we were taken care of by offering us a great deal on a third unit that more than fit our needs and greatly alleviated our stress. Amazing storage facilities, very clean and secure. Staff at front (daisy, filibert) were amazing and helpful . They made the end of my moving experience so pleasant. From the oversize elevators, to the help full courtesy cart to make my move easier , they are all around amazing . Love the touch with the water jug down stairs for hot days. I highly recommend this storage place to keep your valuable items.

Two weeks ago I came in inquiring about a possible upgrade to a bigger unit. I spoke to a lady by the name of Daisy. She informed me there was nothing available at the price point and floor I was inquiring about. A week later I came back to grab some items from my unit. As I was waking out of the elevator, Daisy waived me down. I walked over to the window where she informed me that she had a possible unit for me. I was so impressed that she remembered me since I didn't leave any information for her. She took me to the new available unit of the 3rd floor and showed me the available units. I informed her that I would take it and would be moving Saturday. Today I received a call and to my surprise it was Daisy. She was calling to let me know that she not only found me a bigger unit but on the same floor! I of course agreed to take that instead. I am just so impressed with her customer service skills and outstanding follow up. I know this is service is not common and it's hard to find an outstanding employee like Daisy. I recommend that you ask for her if you need a unit or want to upgrade. She will find you a solution! We arrived at this center in a rush and very indecisive. Daisy was nice enough to stay past her shift and make sure we were taken cared of. She was extremely patient even when other tenants were impatiently waiting for her to finish assisting us. A gentleman even whistled for her attention urging her to hurry with her work. I am writing this review because I was extremely surprised at how level headed she was when dealing with a tough situation at work. She simply deserves credit for being so patient and helpful.

I have never rent a storage before. I was moving from SD to Long Beach. The u-haul I rented the truck from said that she will make sure there is a u-haul storage for me and to just tell her the location. Boy, was she wrong! I had to find u-haul storage available in a short period of time and all of the location was available was not anywhere near where I was going. So, I called US storage, I was so glad that they had the storage available for me. This place saved me! Convenient and friendly.

This is a great place.
They have flat dollys..drive to loading to load 2 elevator 3 floors..the staff is very helpful and they have all the pack your things you could want..shortly after I got my personal unit and I was between bringing in several loads I got a call from the Manger at the US Storage off of the 605/Alondra blvd. We'll I didnt close my UNIT LOCK was not right and not secure. I hot footed it back and fixed my lock.. Who do u know that still have your things secured would call you about that!!

Love the storage unit however, it has a lot only thing I don't like is the fact that they don't notify when the storage is going under maintenance and will be unable to access the storage. An email notice will be great! Instead of finding out after I wasted my time coming over and seeing a flyer that's only posted at the storage. I have been late to work two instances because I did not know the storage was under maintenance and I had all of my stuff in the car and I need my car empty for work. So inconvenient and very frustrating.

Update:
I did contact to discuss this issue and the only answer I was given was "we do send out monthly emails with this stated". While on the phone I pulled up all emails from us storage and only an invoice and welcome email showed. Even with that knowledge they still repeated the same response to me and didn't seem to want to help or even ensure I'm on the mailing list. Why would I lie about this?
