I was hesitant at first, not sure why but I'm super happy that my friend suggested US Storage Centers. Abe was super helpful and their promotion was definitely a bonus!!!! I'm moving in only for a couple months and the price fit my budget perfectly! I suggest this over the competition for sure!!!!

Employees were great. Free diagnostics for my daughter's car and they were so honest. All she needed was wiper fluid. Didn't even try to tell her She needed all this extra stuff. Which is good since she just had new wiper blades on, etc. Everything obviously except the wiper fluid, lol

Visited the us storage location in Miami Gardens and the employee was very helpful with great customer service knowledge. I would recommend this place to anyone that's looking for storage....Keep up the awesome work and stay safe.

Great spot for storage, reason why I'm giving it five stars I was having problems with the door. I called within minutes it was handled and taken care of. This staff really knows how to take care of its customers, and great on customer service

Friendly and warm staff. Really helpful! Facility seems very secure - elevator is very spacious. Definitely coming here again for storage.

Visited US Storage for an estimate and prices were so affordable we ended up renting a unit on the spot. LaQuayle was very helpful in finding what we needed and was very friendly. Great customer service!!!

US Storage Centers came in clutch. In a pinch they were able to find us exactly what we were looking for and gave us a great price. Professional and knowledgeable the staff was extremely friendly and made the experience too notch!

There has been a change in ownership. The new management leaves a lot to be desired. The manager named Frank needs some courses in customer service. Had I seen what Frank has shown me, I never would have started using this facility. Good reviews are solicited.

I rented a climate controlled storage here, and when I went to get my furniture they were all mold and mildew with so much rat droppings every where. I had to dump all my furniture, clothes and shoes. Even some of my dishes had mold. The unit was very hot, and the outside ac was not running. I filed a claim. But it has been almost 2 months and I have not heard from them. When I called the manager to ask the status of my claim he said he has send my claim to cooperate and I have to wait, and he has nothing else to do with my claim. But I will be following g up. Even my sofa had a whole in in from the rats. How awful. So please be aware of US storage center on 207 st miami gardens.

We have used the US Storage Centers Miami Gardens facility from 2009 until December 2019. In December we reported that numerous items were badly damaged due to water damage, mold, and rodent feces. We had more than $30,000 worth of damaged items, with everything in the unit having to be discarded. We are being offered only the basic $500 compensation, not even the $2,500 maximum protection value that we paid insurance for. We would not recommend that storage facility to anyone!
