Not much to say about most storage facilities but wow... the couple who manage this property are the most friendly and genuine people I have met. Makes me proud to be a Texan. They are incredible! The property is nice too, the gates are easy to get in and out and the grounds are clean. My only complaint is that some of the light bulbs need re-changing.

I recently terminated my account after seven years as a customer, for no other reason than I finally was able to reduce the amount of clutter I possess. The very first time I walked in to open my account until today when I walked out, I was treated like an old friend, by people who appreciate the personal emphasis of a true family owned and operated business. Not once in my time as a customer was there ever any hiccoughs, which is not something frequently found in todays world. Exceptional service in a central location with reasonable prices, with personable and enjoyable folks running the show, cant ask for much more than that.

Ive had a unit at this location for a number of years, through two sets of management teams. The current managers picked up right where the old left off, with friendly and attentive customer service. The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained, and the units are fairly priced. Highly recommend using Macho Self Storage-Colleyville if youre in need!

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Facility is very clean and maintained and the prices are also great. If you need to store some things, I highly recommend this location.

I highly recommend this storage facility. Merwin and Eloise run a super operation. They are a friendly couple that run a safe and secure facility. Once you make the effort to find them in the midst of the frustrating, seemingly unending construction mess of Colleyville Blvd, it will be well worth the effort. Additionally, I believe that we should make a special effort to support businesses that suffer through this (Oops! I cant say that word.) roadway work.

The couple that run this place are so nice, and extremely helpful. The prices are more than fair considering this is a pricey side of town, and you can get some amazing deals when they are running specials. Even if it wasnt a good deal I would recommend this place based on the level of service alone.

The husband and wife team are so professional, warm and friendly. They made our rental experience very easy and smooth. During a time of stress of moving having the storage facility be a smooth experience meant a lot to me and my husband. The way they take care of that place you would think they were the owners themselves.

I've had a unit at this storage facility multiple times over the past few years. The customer service is always stellar and the facility is secure and clean. They also have really reasonable pricing compared to other places I've priced. Overall a great facility run by wonderful people.

I would give 10 stars if i could. the managers at this place are the best. in fact, when i was about to leave after renting my units, i thought "this is the best storage unit experience i have ever had". So, hats off to this place and the managers. they made me feel like family. i was very impressed.
