“This storage unit has changed to Storelocal Storage. They cut my lock off and put on a smart lock. Now I cannot access my unit. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR THINGS! I've called and emailed multiple times and they do not answer and do not return my calls or emails..”
“Joanna was very helpful when I called. The online rental process was a breeze!!!.”

“New ownership is awful. People don't have dumpsters to put their trash in anymore. You cant have your own lock anymore and their locks are overcomplicated and the app it goes to is completely broken and buggy, and the worst part is that they can and will surveill you when you use their app. DO NOT INVEST..”
“As of April 10th 2026 the new owners, Storelocal, cut off everyone's locks and installed really crappy, inconvenient, electronic smartphone activated locks which barely work. They only gave a one week notice via email which I didn't see. I showed up to my unit to find my lock gone and an infuriating process to get back in. I haven't been this pissed off at a company in a long time. Don't rent here, the new owners are horrible and the smartphone locks suck!.”
“Joanna was very helpful when I called. The online rental process was a breeze!!!.”
“New ownership is terrible!!! They screwed up gate codes and people couldn't get out. Don't rent here. I understand the new locks don't work either. I moved out and am relieved. It was great under old management. Management is not there to help now..”
