They really care about you and keeping your property safe. Price of units are reasonable. I was with them for 5 years and never experienced any problem. John and Gabby treated me like one of their own family . If I ever need to store anything again this is the place I will choose.”

“I absolutely loved choosing grand self storage, they helped me & my situation moving in and even accessing my storage throughout my time there and also helped me with moving out during the 2024 Macys Fires. They were honest, professional, and caring. They were clean, and consistent and even reminded me about a credit they needed to refund me. Out of all my storage units I’ve ever had to rent from, the old man here was the sweetest and my favorite.
