My move-in experience has been great ; from day one, the staff has been really helpful getting me in and settled. I love having 24 hour access to my unit, and there's plenty of lighting and security cameras for your safety. I recommend US STORAGE CENTERS PLANO to all my friends and family ! If you're looking for a clean, safe and spacious storage unit with a friendly staff that cares about pleasing the customer, I recommend calling or stop by and speaking to C J and the rest of the staff and see for yourself; they're the best kept secret in Plano !. Thankyou C J for all your help in making my stay the best ever!

We leased an office/warehouse unit for 6 months. I can not say enough great things about this place. Sharon and the front office have always been amazing. After only a couple days there, we felt like family. We are sad to leave, but business opportunities elsewhere are calling.
The rates are very reasonable, it's in a great and convenient part of town, and they do a great job of maintaining the property. We particularly love the gated access. So, even if you only use this for personal use, it's an excellent choice.
All the tenants that we met and talked to are great and we all looked out for each other. There is an excellent mix of businesses in there.
We will miss everyone- like I said- they all felt like family.

What an awesome place! I have been looking for a place to start a small business for a long time!!! I especially like the privacy and safety it offers as well and the fact that I can access it 24 hours and it's very clean. I really enjoyed talking with the manager Sharon. She was really helpful and knowledgeable about how to go about getting started. Can't wait to get started.

I would highly recommend this place. Property manager Sh.. is great. She contacted me right away after I submitted an inquiry online. She didnt just answer what I had inquired about but went out of her way to understand my needs. In the end she offered a solution which was not only better but also saved me money. I have now been there for about a month and ongoing support has been phenomenal.

Excellent storage facility - I've been a tenant for years. AC is always cold in the facility and they keep the grounds clean. Staff are nice and super helpful. A+++

I secured a nice climate controlled storage unit with 24 hour access. The location is very convenient to get to, and close to the George Bush Turnpike. I immediately felt very comfortable after speaking to Sharon the manager who made me feel right at home. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing some temporary or long-term space.

I would give Jeff Rodriguez, the manager, 10 stars if I could. He is friendly and hard working. I love the facility. I have been here about 2 years and I highly recommend it.

I am a current tenant here with 3 units. Before U.S storage Center purchased this facility, the gates were open from 9am-5pm for there business park tenants. Since there purchase the gates are always now closed and Delivery drivers and Customers are given a hard time to get into the facility.
Management says they go by the book and the rules are enforced. However some tenants have more rights then others. Favoritism exist at the property. Some tenants are allowed to place banners on the front entry gate with the gate code advertised. While other tenants can not have the post man deliver mail.
Trash can is always full too. Its a Scratch and win to walk over and empty your trash.
However the General Manager Mr. Johnny is very professional and understanding. I appreciate the way he is trying to find the proper solution for his employees and property.

I rented this place for 2 year, unfortunate my auto sales is closing and I will not need the office werahouse any more. I will recomend this place to any body that needs a place for busunes or storage, secure, quiet, and easy to do business with. thanks to the new manager for the last few month of service he was very helpful. thank you Jeff!

I just setup a climate controlled unit. I shopped around and Michael has been extremely helpful with everything. Even when pricing other places he was up front and very clear. The climate controlled units are very well insulated and hold temperature oppose to the competition. Thanks again Michael

Nice and clean facility. I like that its in a nice area of Plano kind of hidden off the main roads so I'd get some privacy. The young guy working was nice and courteous helped me out with the differences between a regular unit and an office space. Only thing is I wish the city of Plano would open up the roads or limit less 18 wheelers onto the small road. Sometimes they block both sides and I can barely get through!

Today my husband and I had the privilege of stopping by this particular US Storage and Plano and Connie Richardson was absolutely AMAZING! She was so incredibly kind and patient and answered all of our 50 million questions and she did so with smile.and great attitude. She was an absolute joy to meet and to speak with and deserves whatever honor or accolades that may come her way!

Came in to look for a unit since my daughter is moving back from college soon and we don't have room at the house for all her furniture. Talked to a gentlemen Brady who was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I had a bunch of questions since we've never gotten a storage unit before and didn't know how the process worked. I asked if I forgot to pay each month whether they would auction our stuff like on TV but he mentioned I could do autopay online which would automatically take the money out of my account each month so I wouldn't even have to worry about making payments. That was really cool since I didn't even know such a thing existed!
Didn't commit to a unit just yet since she won't be moving back until early October but we will definitely be coming back to Brady once she's back in Texas. Something I never knew I needed that Brady recommended was a mattress cover! My daughter is going to be storing her mattress there until her sister goes to college and he said by using a mattress cover it will decrease the chances of the mattress getting dirty allowing us to reuse it. They also have boxes, locks, and tape at the site which is extremely convenient and the prices are lower than Home Depot! Overall, I had a great experience. Brady gave me A+ service and made me feel valued even when I told him I wouldn't be buying the unit right away. Most places as soon as they heard that did a complete 180 and stopped caring about my questions but Brady still spent time to make sure I had all my questions answered! He is a valuable asset to this company! -Cynthia

I've been renting here for more than a year . This place is a professional business complex. The Roof was done recently by a professional company. The place is well lit at night by many LED projector lights and have security cameras. I give a BIG 5 STAR to our New property manager , Gary Smith , who has been doing a wonderful job taking care of current business owners and accommodating new tenants and keeping the facility clean and working condition and a better way of communicating with tenants. Gary is professional and courteous and friendly. He has been doing his best to keep this place a professional facility.

Wish I could do 0 stars for this place. I used this place for almost 1 year and had 2 units to work from. To start off with when we did the intial walk around for our office suite they documented the previous tenets paint on the floor in multiple places, on move out day since the people working in the office had changed they "lost" our records of it, and all the sudden we are out of a deposit. everyone we talked to is basically all paying different rent rates and we feel its to drive people out like us. When first signing up I was told automotive work was perfectly fine, as time went by we were constantly told "don't do this, don't do that" to the point we could essentially only store the cars there and that's when we decided to leave. We were told the rent would increase by the end of the year anyways. This place is insanely overpriced for what it is and what you can actually do here. I would never ever recommend this facility to another person unless they feel like being robbed. They drove up all the long term users rent cost so they would leave. (saw atleast 6 units empty within a week). Great location that's run by the wrong people.

"lost" the notations of previous renters floor damage, as a result kept deposit. Parking sub par, inconsistent rental rates. Rarely answers phones.
Also they offer a application fee discount if you produce evidence of a 5 star Google review, which is shown by the large quantity of one sentence 5 star reviews.
Great location, awful ownership.

My rent has been raised to the point where I am forced to leave. I have been a good tenant for over 3 years. I don't run a business out of my unit. It seems that because so many people over here use their space to make money the management takes advantage, raising rents without notice because they know people will pay more rather than putting the business through the turmoil of moving.
Other people park in front of my unit on a regular basis.
Trash is always full!!!
It is a prime location and it has 24 hour access. Other than that I don't recommend this place.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. The customer service is horrible plus the high rates just makes things worse. I chose this place because of the location and how close it was to my house, but I regret it now. CJ is the guy who I worked out my stuff with, and he was very unprofessional because he lied about things and would not be straight forward. The customer service could have been better if the workers including CJ weren't so disrespectful. They did not care about my problems, and were only interested in getting paid. Avoid using this storage place if you can. You can probably find a better place because trust me, it's not worth the headache and frustration.

We too have an office and warehouse space here, while the office staff are very friendly, the 33% rate increase with a few days notice is unbelievable. We are a small business and that kind of increase will be detrimental to our business. We pay our rent on time, as it is drafted directly from our account. This type of business is shady, at best. The property itself does have multiple problems, the giant pothole that could eat up any vehicle at the front, the trash can always being full and parking is an issue. We'll stand united with our other small businesses here to ensure fairness.

I'm a tenant here and they towed my car here when I was working inside of my shop. CJ is a pathelogical liar and a two face person. The rates are high here and the shops have no AC at all and if you want to put AC they charge you a deposit fee. Overall don't waste your money and time. They sit on their chairs and steal your money. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Today I went to this location after doing extensive research on different facilities. I own a small business and went to this location to inquire about renting a space for my business. I went to the office at 2:00 p.m. and found the door to be locked and all the lights to be off. A sign on the door indicated that someone would return at 2:00 p.m. I decided to wait for the office personnel to return and was standing outside the office when a young woman opened the door with her cell phone in hand and a disgusted look on her face. Before I could get a word out she blurts out that she's on her lunch break and that she wouldn't clock in until 2:11 p.m......it was 2:02 p.m. I told her that I had driven from Frisco and wanted information about renting a space for my business for work. She replied by snidely saying that work wasn't allowed in the units. I then asked her about the business spaces and if she could provide me with information regarding these spaces. With this question the annoyed expression her face grew more apparent. She responded snidely again and said by saying "I can get you that information at 2:11" with a sneer on her face.
I am not an unreasonable person, and I can certainly understand that workers need their lunch breaks. However, when a potential customer and business owner is looking to spend money at your location and do business with your company, acting annoyed with the customer while being more concerned with the cell phone in your hand is not the response any employee should have. All this young woman had to do was be polite, professional, and not have a horrible attitude. In stead, she cost her employer my business as well as the business of my colleagues. My advice to US Storage Centers is to more carefully screen their emlpoyees, and to look at replacing this young woman and any employee like her as they are severely tarnishing the image of the company.
