My mother died a month prior to becoming a customer at Airport Self Storage. Upon my arrival I was met by a young man named Henry there site manager. Henry conducts himself in a manner I can only describe as the highest level of hospitality. Furthermore, Henry and his associate have extended me the very kind sympathies during my initial visits. Since then Henry has represented his organization with the highest professionalism making me a loyal customer. I truly can't say enough about Henry and his associate as they both are two outstanding people.

Henry is very nice. I had trouble moving something very large that I thought I could move myself and he helped me. It was nice to be shown such good hospitality from someone who did not have to help me.

This place is incredible. I Have used them for years and they have easily moved me between 4 different sizes units and it's always been a breeze. The on site manager is incredibly friendly and helpful with your moving and storage process. Use these guys.

Wonderful experience! Neat, clean, easily accessible, safe, modern storage buildings, and Henry was beyond fantastic--to say that he was looking out for my best interest is the understatement of the year. Nice to know that we have such a reliable facility in the area!

needed a unit to store some things while i hike the Tahoe Rim Trail. i was actually referred to this place by one of their competitors. im happy i went with this place. great customer service, 24/7 security with a manager that lives on site. 24/7 access as well, cant beat it. plus the man hooked me up.

I have been a customer for a couple of years. Just added an additional unit. Ive always been happy and Ron took care of adding space with the same courtesy and professionalism as always. Compliments to Henry too. He always takes care of our needs.

Henry is very accommodating and always does whatever he can to provide good customer service. I don't like that you raised your rates at all though....I'm already paying more than I think is reasonable and now it's even more! It makes no sense to raise the already expensive rates at a place can't justify the increase. It's not like food or gas costs have gone up....seriously...it's a 8x10 room that doesn't change over time!!!

The first couple of months that I used airport self storage were fine. The property is clean, secure, and the managers were very friendly.
I found out this month that they did not automatically bill like all of the other storage units I have ever used which is a bit inconvenient, but not a huge deal. What did come as a shock though was that 21 days after this misunderstanding they were preparing my boat for sale. I paid up and was charged a late fee + an additional $20 lein notification fee.
There are tons of storage options 20 miles down the road that charge 1/3 as much. I try my best to support local business, but I don't count anyone who treats me like that.
