I love it because it's a first time visit they are very nice and open to help and goes into detail to help find the right size for what is needed to be transported. I have had a storage unit since 2014 here at US storage. The staff has always been super friendly and attentive if I need anything. Meeting Ms. Mickey Pages today she helped my finalize my closing. I would recommend this place to anyone, close to 95 exits and not expensive. Thank you Ms. Pages & Kimberly you were very helpful with all the nonsense I brought.

It's been a good experience at this US Storage location. I have rented there over 2 years and the property is maintained well and serviced for upgrades. The current manager of the facility, Micky Pages is always customer service oriented, helpful and friendly. This is as good as a storage facility should get. Last, I have never had security worries there, nor heard of any crime issues there. Well done, Larry

Has been with this company for many years. I went in to down size my units. The man at the front desk helped me and my family downsize. And for a very reasonable price. Helpful with all of our questions and really helped with the sizes of the units and what we need. Will be keeping my business here for more year. I've never used a storage facility before and was relieved to find the staff really helpful and genuinely nice to work with. The facilities are kept very clean and well ventilated and are easy to access. As well the place is very secure. The fees for usage were the most reasonable for my needs. I made a reservation one day ago and walked in today to be greeted by Sandra. She was so helpful and pleasant to speak with. I didnt feel like I was being sold too. I told her my needs and she made sure I was getting the appropriate unit for the amount of things I needed stored. The security is comforting with personal access codes and strictly enforced visiting hours, as well as cameras that capture every part of the facility. As I was about to leave to put my belongings away in their new home, I noticed a sign for charity drop off that allows you to deposit items into a unit which are then auctioned off and all the money goes to cancer research. The facility was clean and easily accessible and the process was quick and painless. I would and will highly recommend to anyone who needs to store their possessions.

Very helpful and charismatic store manager. I walked into US storage expecting sub par services as most storage places Ive been to have not been the best but leave it to Josue to change my outlook. Josue assisted me with such kindness and resolved my storage needs all while making me laugh and feeling right at home. This review is NOT for US Storage as a matter of fact this review is for the manager Josue who attended me with spectacular service and left a mark on me. If he wasnt adamant about his position as he was I would have wanted to hire him for my company. I thank you for a wonderful experience.

Moving day: Public storage completely dropped the ball on our reservation for a unit. Thank goodness we found US Storage Centers and they saved the day! I just rented a unit at the Delray facility and it is a clean, secure location. The transaction was quite easy. However, I notice the rent on my unit went down $4.00 per month the day after I signed the agreement! The management should have notified me of this and I could have rented the next day.

Absolutely the worst experience. Moved into town from CT. Reserved a unit over a week in advance. Got there with my truck and trailer to sign the lease and unload my things, and no one was there. The doors were locked. It was 11:30 in the afternoon. Had to wait about 25 mins before someone even came to let is in. AND ONLY to find out, they rented my unit to someone else, even though they charged me for it. and shockingly, of course, they didnt have any other units. Horrible experience. Far better options in the area. Also, better locations, and customer service. Highly recommend going to Life Storage.
