“This place is a rip off . The building has structural issues and let's the rain in on ur stuff so they electronically open the door , take what they want and leave it open for everyone else to take ur belongings . I rented to keep my stuff safe so I could come back and get it when I found a place to live after I moved 3 hours away , hah jokes on me , now I have nothing !!! And the insurance they force u to buy for an extra $10 every month is another joke . I really can't say enough BAD STUFF about smart lock storage . Don't get caught up in their web of deceit and thievery. I can't even imagine how much money they make from stealing from u and getting u to pay them for doing it . They knew the building was leaking and continued to rent spaces without disclosing that they were gonna rip u off at the first good rain . Run away people , run away from this place ..”
