“Please stay away! I read Previous review and I've had similar situations. They refuse to let you speak to a manager and since new ownership it's been a mess. Rent was raised without proper notification had all my contact credentials entered incorrectly, so I didn't receive notifications. Employee terminated my lease due to me being aggressive I was told. I was refused to make my payment when I wanted to get my nephew's tball bat he been wanting. That day I had to pick up someone from work and promised them I was going to have their bat when they get out of school. I wasn't aggressive a bit agitated and frustrated with facility. Unit had been broken into they go over the top and fish your things out. You pay for renters insurance but you have to file claim and have proof of purchase of the items which I did I just wasn't sure when it happened because I barely visit unit..”

“Stay away! This facility changed ownership several months after I had become a customer. The new ownership charged me a late fee even though I was using auto-draft with the previous one. I was informed that auto-draft did not carry over causing my payment to be four days late. Within that time, I stopped by to pay, but there was a sign on the door stating no one was in the office and to call a number. I called (4 days after the due date) and was assessed a late fee. I asked to discuss with a manager and was refused... literally refused. Other events that occurred In the 2 years I was there: - There was a string of burglaries. The person was removing the panels of the indoor units and taking items. - My wife's (fiancee at he the time) had her stuff damaged due to water. The items were not replaced or compensated, even though she had insurance. She even had frogs in her unit, which was indoors! - My rent was raised twice. - The customer service was nonexistent. I had finally had enough and piled my belongings into the garage and a room of the house I moved into. (Attached are several pictures taken of the damaged boxes located in my wife's unit.).”

“Choose any other storage company but this one. Unless you want your belongings covered in rodent feces and water, be my guest. In addition to all of our boxes and drawers containing poop, there have been times where there are puddles of water in the facility after each time it rains. There is terrible management and is run from owners who are out of state. No one ever answers the phone and when they do they are rude.They have overcharged us for 2 units at once for months after we moved into a bigger unit. When we tried to get refunded so we could move our stuff out asap, they had no problem charging us for an extra month- claiming we need to file an insurance claim instead for all of our stuff covered in feces. Absolutely disgusting business owner behavior and you should avoid this facility at all costs..”
