This is my second storage unit. Both times dealing with Michael the manager has been a great experience. He is extremely helpful and does everything he can to find you the right unit to fit your needs. Its nice to deal with someone who actually cares about his customers. Thank you Michael!

This is my favorite store location in Lincoln. My rent went up last month but not by much. I also like the facility because if I need to spend all day working on my storage they don't complain like some storage facilities do. I would recommend them to anyone that needs storage services they have various sizes unit fit your needs and the staff is friendly.

Called ahead and reserved the unit I needed. Showed up 3 days early and they got me right in. I was unloading my truck in less then 15 minutes! Great friendly service

I am Treasurer of a small social club non-profit. The organization has rented a self-storage locker for many years from Joiner Parkway. During my term (last 4 yrs), Michael, the general manager and his employees, have always been easy to deal with and helpful. We have been happy with the rental and recommend Joiner Parkway Self Storage.

Michael and others at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and professional. The unit was clean and during the time we were renting we had no problems with pests, leaks or other issues. Rent was reasonable and checking in and out was easy. Would use them again if needed.

As far as storage units go, this one is as good as any and then some. There is a generous grace period on your rent payment and you can't beat a free moving truck at move-in! The only thing I wish I could change is the access hours. You cannot enter after 7:45pm which can be problematic at times, but they open early at 6am, so that's something. The staff has always been friendly and I love the ease of making the monthly payment online!. I would definitely recommend Joiner Parkway Self Storage. I have had a unit there for nearly seven years now.
