As my life got worse I fell behind and contacted them asking them to please work with me, and they absolutly did. They are wonderful to work with, and they are exceptionally polite. I couldn't have asked for better service in a storage unit. I got my balance caught up within the time frame they graciously gave me and today I cleared it out, and removed my lock, and let them know I've relinquished their space back to them.
