“While going through a rough patch in life I reached out to Dickson Storage and they leased unit A20 to me. As my life got worse I fell behind and contacted them asking them to please work with me, and they absolutly did. They are wonderful to work with, and they are exceptionally polite. I couldn't have asked for better service in a storage unit. I got my balance caught up within the time frame they graciously gave me and today I cleared it out, and removed my lock, and let them know I've relinquished their space back to them. I couldn't have had a better experience, and I'm extremely grateful for how they've handled our business..”

“I have been going through this exact place for at least 4 years or more. Old management ran that place like crap. They've recently come into new management and I can't say enough good things. I had to move to a bigger unit after renting my old one for years. It was middle of the month. The new manager allowed me to move from my old unit to the new one in the middle of the month. Saved me some money by telling me I didn't have to pay for that unit till the next month (it was 2 weeks away at that point). I ended up having a spat with her over what was left in my old unit. Neither one of us was having a good day that day. I cleaned out what was mine and told her what was left was from the previous tenants. Amidst that, I was hung up on not knowing the situation. I was beyond mad but we talked it out. This woman felt so bad that she credited my account for August. I didn't know she'd done that till today. That woman cares about her customers and the company. Like I said before, I can't say enough good things!!!.”
