“John and Kathy take such great care of this place and make it feel like you are renting an apartment instead of a storage unit. They are always there to help you with any questions and go out of their way to make sure you are treated like a VIP (even when you just rent a tiny space). Their commitment to excellence at this place is so high that I thought they were the owners(!) Bathrooms- always clean. Trash area- always clean. Hallways - always clean and stocked with the moving equipment. You don’t have to look for any moving carts around here. Fully stocked. They have water for you too! AC is always on. They have lights inside the units unlike certain storage units that only have it outside. I am so lucky to have found this gem and to have met such wonderful individuals!.”

“This place is approximately 35 minutes from my house and I don't mind because the service is worth the commute. There is a lady named Michelle (hope i spelled it correctly) that made my process smooth and saved me alot of time and money. There was a situation that presented itself where my expensive items needed to be transferred to a new place from previous storage. After a long and stressful day I found Ballantyne Commons. The customer service alone makes the price worth it. Thank you guys for a carefree transition.
