“I cannot recommend this facility. The gate is never closed, there is no on-site oversight. My parked vehicle was broken into at the same time multiple locked units were, and when I reported it via text and email, there was no response. When I emailed customer support asking for reasonable accommodation while we got the car moved, they did not respond. When I followed up again, we determined they weren't even receiving my emails, and then declined to issue even a partial refund for my last month, despite the fact that I had paid them ~$450 for an unsecured parking space over a period of 6 months. Spend your money elsewhere..”
