As far as a storage place this place is great. They keep the place clean and the security is top notch.
The only problem i have with it, its waaay too far from my house ( its my friends storage). I just wish he did not get a storage that was so far away from everything.
Besides my personal preference, this place is truly wonderful.

They abide by there own rules. Dont breech your contract unless you wanna not have storage any more, or risk loosing your belongings.

Same old place get stuck with a storage better to get rid of it than pay storage but your stiffs safe and secure g or whatever you put there

I like the couple that is their permantly don't like the coverage couple that takes over they never note nothing in the computer. Also you never have any black couples or Mexican or Asian,. I wonder are you a equal opportunity employer because I been supporting you a long time and I notice you never hire minorities. Oh yeah stop putting locks on my storage when its up to date please. If I had it to do over I would of went somewhere else. The employee at Fresno's West Ashlan location recommended Polk and Shaw. I was told I would be given a price of $55 per month. I saved all contracts. After a couple of months the unit price went up $44 dollar. I can't find the fee schedule they are claiming they gave me.

Hate is a strong word dislike is more likeI suggest that you have a yard sale and get rid of all your stuff because it's going to cost you more than the stuff you put there that it's worth PS never put pictures and family memento in storage or family jewelry you might as well just give it away

In the last 6 months, our new RV has been broken in twice at this location! Do not trust your belongings at this storage facility. The cameras are useless!

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GET A UNIT HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN!!!!!! Clearly this is a pattern at this location. We found out our locker had been broken into. When I tell you this company has no sense of urgency they dont! It is taking the big boss (not the manager) almost a WEEK to get us the video footage. We had a lot of valuables taken, things we can not replace. Clearly the security system they have in place is either faulty or non existent. This has been such a stressful situation. Again DO NO BOTHER RENTING A UNIT!!! It would be safer under a tarp in your back yard then it would be in this storage facility. (I will come back if anything changes)

Some one tried to break into my RV, they broke the lock but didn't get into it. Its in full visibility so I am guessing this place does not watch there...
