“Called to rent a climate controlled unit last minute due to an issue with another storage facility that I reserved in marion. The price I was given for the unit was a little more than the one I originally reserved, but it was last minute and I was on the way there with several thousand lbs of household items so I brushed it off. The fact that it is all electronic was a little different (my first time with a facility like this) but after using it I love it. Once I got to my unit I was very impressed with the process, getting through the gate, inside the building, the amount of cameras the cleanliness in the hallway/inside the unit and there is even a ceiling light in the unit (no more holding a flashlight to see). After getting everything in the unit and the process of everything I would easily pay the higher price again. As long as I dont have rodent problems or anything else like my previous facility, I will recommend this to everyone. I will update or make another review when I remove my items in a few months.. give or take. Tonya Norris- thank you for making the process easy, and fast.
