My son (in his 20s) needed to rent a unit, and had no experience doing so. I called Carol, shared with her that he was coming in, and laid out all of the preliminaries. Carol became the mama bear that I needed her to be, and guided him through the whole process including making sure that he had the Uhaul truck that he needed, as well as other supplies. They are super friendly, know what is needed, and are just so helpful!.”
