I have to say my experience with Everett Downtown Storage has been delightful!
The office Manger/Owner was caring & compassionate to my special needs, and I could not have been more satisfied with the service. As well as witnessing them knowing all of its client names by heart like a family setting.. Times are tough right now..Moving and storing your household items can be tough..Everett downtown Storage Made this experience so easy and beyond tolerable.. I recommend Everett Downtown Storage for anyone who needs this service either temporarily or long term.

The people here (ESPECIALLY Barb) have to be some of the nicest, best people on the planet. Seriously. I'm from the south east, and people talk about southern hospitality, but I've never in my life experienced customer service like the people at EDS Hewitt Ave. Every time I've had contact with them they have been absolutely phenomenal, everything was done in a timely manner, they went out of their way to help me because I was trying to coordinate the unit remotely, and had other people who would be moving my stuff without me being there. They have a truck you can borrow and I've never had trouble getting the use of it when I needed it. I would recommend them 100% any time to anyone needing a storage unit.

I have been with Everett Downtown storage for a year now and my experience has been great. The customer service has always been courteous and prompt with a down home feel. Online payment is simple and quick. And their emails keep you informed without taking up a lot of time. Great Service!!!

It's a storage place. They'll store your stuff. They have a locked gate with an entry code, so it's relatively secure. Not sure if they have climate control units or not. Check their website or call during office hours.

This place is one of the best of storage places. The people who run it are so kind and helpful. You perchance can get a free mug for coffee and other rewards if you just recommend it to others.

Called to inquire about a storage unit. Sunny answered and when I asked about a unit she rudely interrupted me two times before even hearing my questions. Her tone was very sharp like I had been a bother to have called. I would not recommend this place
