We rented a 10x15’ unit for almost two years while we were having a house built on a small island in Puget Sound, and our belongings were always safe and secure in their clean and well-maintained storage facility. The staff members are so kind and helpful, and I especially appreciate all the times I needed to email or call Anne or Sheree to ask a question or to let them know something with our timeline changed, because every time they went above and beyond in terms of outstanding customer service. While we’re glad to have all of our belongings moved in to our new home, we both feel sad to say goodbye to Everett Storage on Hewitt. All was great with the exception of twice that I went to the office during their Open Hours and there was a sign on the door saying they'd be back with a clock and the time.
