Storage place is great but when it comes to reaching someone on the phone to make a payment; it's nearly impossible. The last few months have been extremely hard to reach anyone in the office. You can not pay online here. Literally just sat on the phone 15 minutes without no response. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.

Really loved the customer service and John especially. I needed to get my stuff out but had to wait for help to move and he was very understanding. I was impressed at the quality of his professionalism. Thank you John and thank you American classic storage

John was so awesome to work with. Professional and accommodating. If you're looking for a storage unit that's not cramped this is it. Lots of room to get in and out, 2 lanes on each drive aisle. LED lights and cameras everywhere. And more cameras are going in soon. I saw another review mention potholes but now that American Storage took over the business the street is repaired.

I highly recommend American Classic Storage. The new owner fixed Potter Road and filled the potholes. Totally amazing! The facility is very clean and secure.

I'm currently sitting out front, denied entry for "payment due" for the second time since American Classic took over Key Storage. I paid for a year back in February. The first time, I was told it was because mail was returned and they didn't have my current address, even though it is and I had received two letters re: the change in ownership in the prior few weeks. I'm locked out again, I'm supposed to be heading out of town to clean out my grandmother's house, and I have a carload that I just loaded from my dad's old place that I now have to go back and unload again so my car is empty for the trip. Sunday is the only day I generally have available for this and it's the day you can contact no one in this company. No emergency number or anything. I'm cleaning out from 3 family members that have passed and I need consistent access on my days off. It's what I pay for.

Preston provided A1 customer service. Very courteous and engaging. Made sure all my questions were answered. He made the initial rental process easy. I feel very comfortable with leaving my stuff here.

Bailey was so friendly and helpful, she made sure we got the right size shed. she helped me visualize the space but taking me to see the shed and helped figure out where my stuff would fit before I rented. She made this happen much easier than I thought it would be.

Storage units are great if you have a jacked up truck to get to the units on his road. Owner Does not take care of the road, there are pot holes the size of moon craters!
