“While going through a rough patch in life I reached out to Dickson Storage and they leased unit A20 to me. As my life got worse I fell behind and contacted them asking them to please work with me, and they absolutly did. They are wonderful to work with, and they are exceptionally polite. I couldn't have asked for better service in a storage unit. I got my balance caught up within the time frame they graciously gave me and today I cleared it out, and removed my lock, and let them know I've relinquished their space back to them. I couldn't have had a better experience, and I'm extremely grateful for how they've handled our business..”

“Access stops at 9pm. For what they charge per unit, a person should have 24hr access. For a person who works 7am to 7pm 2hrs access is not enough time to do much. So now we can't get in into the unit the put stuff in and it's going to rain... Should have went with j&h storage by the interstate A LOT cheaper, clean, and has 24 hr access. Definitely over priced for only limited access.”
