“First time renting a storage unit and honestly I was a little naïve about the whole process. Initially I booked a unit online and ended up confused about what to do next. Kevin contacted me and walked me through the contract and forms. The first day I had trouble with the gate code and all, but was able to reach Kevin who once again walked me through the steps. The facility itself is aged but it gets the job done and is a decent price. The only thing that was frustrating was when you call the number you have to go through an automated system instead of reaching someone directly. However, I always got prompt return phone calls- like less than 5 minutes. Would recommend for the customer service and price..”
