She called right after I made the payment and said the door had a broken spring and we have to wait. She offered to refund our money and she apologized multiple times. We waited 2 days and the door was fixed and we moved in with no problems. Very secure location, reasonable pricing and everyone we've encountered there has been kind and respectful. We will rent a unit here for as long as we need one..”
