“First of all, I would like to say this place has been great as far as cleanliness and professionalism. They offer food and beverages as a complimentary token for choosing them. That isn't available just anywhere. There was a problem with our last minute reservation, and we weren't sure where to pick up or where to go because the truck wasn't there. Ruthie, however, took charge of the whole situation, found us one, was on the phone non stop until she got answers. In the brief periods of silence she was courteous, kind, and personal. It was as if she was hosting us in her home. She took care of everything with a smile and was more then helpful. Amazing customer service. She went above and beyond what was required. She found us a truck, found us a great deal, gave us names of who to talk to, and was 100% amazing. Can't thank her enough. If you need a truck she is your woman..”
