“Customer service means a great deal to me, with that being said I enjoy my privacy, not because I have something to hide but I have learn less individuals that are in your business the more you can actually focus on the task(s) at hand. The first day I walked in I spoke with a young lady in regards to my reservation she checked and told me to wait a few then another person showed up she asked me to wait because he would be quicker to service. Well, let's just say that was not 100% correct. My patience skills are great in my opinion and I strongly believe everything happens for a reason. As I was waiting, Ms. Lisa noticed the wait she walked in and asked if she could help, the young lady mentioned my reservation AND the Unit # loud enough in front of that customer- That, I did not appreciate due to many unfortunate events that has been happening to me personally in the past 2-3 years since filing for Divorce. Ms. Lisa walked outside with me to the unit I also mentioned my immediate concern, she was very understanding but when we arrived to the unit I did not like the particular area that it was located in and it was the last unit for the reservation price and size. Instead of turning me down or away, her "Great and Awesome" customer service skills kicked in. She contacted her boss/supervisor/partner and provided me with great options that I could not turn down and for that I am very THANKFUL and GRATEFUL and would definitely refer others in need of a storage or myself in the future. THANK YOU TO YOU BOTH for all the accommodations!!! P.S- Never had an issue with my unit during my time there, great layout and clean.
