“Love the crew @ Extra Space Storage in Lompoc. Victor and Ramon are super to work with. Distracted by a complex move, I lost my cylinder keys to my storage unit. Ramon explained politely that ESS doesn’t charge to cut off the old lock, but I’d have to purchase a new lock. Fair enough. Ramon zoomed over to my unit, quickly cutting out the old lock. This was appreciated, as my movers were waiting with their vehicles to start loading my stuff. The storage premises are kept spic and span; the staff really seems to care about maintaining a secure facility, too. I feel really good about the service I received from their team. Shout-out today to Ramon for his swift resolution of my lock issue. Thank you!.”
