Makayla was great with my rental! She was funny, upbeat and made the experience super quick. She was understanding of people falling on hard times and wasnt afraid to share enough of herself to be relatable. You can tell she has a genuine love for people and takes a lot of pride in her facility, which by the way is great. The facility is very large and Makayla is willing to show you around to any size and get you into the size you really need. It was a pleasure renting from Grass Valley Self Storage

I have used the Grass Valley Storage and the one in Auburn LOP. There is NO comparison! Rick in GV is the best! He is so kind and tries to work with families to try and get their personal items back to them in difficult times! Not the same with the Auburn LOP Storage! I was never notified that my husband hadn't paid for three months! It was my families things that I had kept for 63 years which I unfortunately stored there in LOP! I paid the storage for 14 year's at the LOP Location. I told James to contact me NOT my husband! James LIED to me! I am writing a review on the Auburn site and it's NOT a good one! But, you can trust Rick at the GV location. That's why I gave him five stars!

The manager at the front desk was helpful on answering my questions and took me out to each units sizes so I could have a better look at the u its. The site is very clean and secure

Great customer service every time !
They even send me texts as friendly reminder not only for my payment, which is never late, but also for unexpected gate problems when it snowed or was too icy for our safety. They always showed up on time to open office according to window sign to be right back.... I not only will use them again but I will recommend them to all my friends

Paris and Lisa are the greatest: friendly great customer service, always clean and well functioning facility. I feel totally safe here as a woman alone and it's well lit at dusk too! Great rates, oh and their rental truck makes it so convenient for short runs. Thanks Grass Valley Self Storage!

The lady in the office was very friendly & helpful. Rates were three cheapest in town & the site seems secure. I've lived here for 15 years & I've rented spaces here 3 different times. Everytime was great.
