“We needed a storage unit quickly. Star was able to make it happen. Normally, she said you can move in the same day. She called right after I made the payment and said the door had a broken spring and we have to wait. She offered to refund our money and she apologized multiple times. We waited 2 days and the door was fixed and we moved in with no problems. Very secure location, reasonable pricing and everyone we've encountered there has been kind and respectful. We will rent a unit here for as long as we need one..”

“Xtra Storage was great to work with. Clean, safe, well kept facility. Anytime I needed anything, they communicated quickly. Very responsive. Recommend them, without reservation..”

“If you are looking for a well maintained and clean public storage facility this is the place. I found the rental rates to be very competitive and terms very fair. The owners have placed customer service and security as primary concerns. Both of these were major items in my selection. I have used other storage facilities over the years as the need came up. X-tra is at the top of my list..”
