“UPDATE: I received a call from Bob to discuss my experience. It was a very pleasant and courteous call. There was some miscommunication regarding a promotion that was going on for the 1st month's rent. He provided in detail what had happened and refunded me my rent/insurance for September. I am so appreciative of the call and will definitely be using Global Self-Storage for my storage needs in the future! Thank you, Bob and Gail, for the great service and finding out what happened! I really appreciate it! I rented a unit and paid for a month ahead as is normal with storage units, I'm sure. My circumstances unexpectedly changed and a few days later, I canceled the unit without moving anything in. I called and spoke with Gail to cancel the unit and a possible refund and nothing could be done which I do understand. I called back and left a message for a return call regarding a possible partial refund, and I heard nothing. Maybe it was a busy day but the service was not what I expected, especially after seeing the other positive reviews and the reason I chose this place to begin with..”
