I've had a unit at Rossi for about three years. And oh my goodness; while the service is a B+, the prices will burn your money quick. I recommend this place for those who don't have time to look around at other storage facilities. This one is professional, clean, and safe.

I have had space at Rossi Self Storage for many years. The facilities remain well maintained and the managers have been very professional. I feel the space and associated service has been of excellent value.

Service was excellent! Storage facility extremely clean quiet and secure . The manager was super friendly and super helpful. Great attitude. I would recommend this place to anyone . They are awesome !

I first went to find a storage unit in Marina and couldn't find one at that location, however Marie helped me out and set me up in Salinas and was an amazing help! Upon arrival to Rossi Self Storage I was greeted by Kathy who was also incredibly helpful. Amazing experience! Definitely recommending to friends and family!

Customer service is outstanding. I noticed an issue with the latching mechanism on my larger unit. Office personnel were very helpful, said there would be someone there who could fix it this Thursday (today is Monday).
Larger unit has to stay empty until latch is fixed.

Kathy was very helpful with acquiring a storage unit for me. She explained the procedure and policies in a clear and straightforward manner I was impressed with her professionalism and cheerful manner. Overall pleasant experience.
Like magic i wrote the above review , and i came home and found a rent increase for my outdoor space. I havent kept track but i think that is third or fourth sense the new company took over. Plus a service fee to pay by phone. These things DO NOT MAKE ME FEEL GOOD.

First impression was not so good: the on-line rental process is glitchy, blocks access to relevant customer service and prevents me from asking critical questions. I circumvented the on-line circus by going directly to the office. Dallas helped me out. She was informative and very helpful! Her excellent customer service kept my business from moving on to a different storage place.

There were 22 break-ins Jan 17, Sunday night. Does that sound like good security? Their website says this:
"At StoragePRO, our first priority is YOU!
What does that mean for you? You do not need to come into the office to rent or access your storage unit.
Looks like that includes thieves. Its hard not to believe that this was inside job.
Did they offer to help in any way? Maybe keep you in the loop with the investigation or results? No. In fact when they called their message was your lock is missing from your storage unit as if it were a mystery. Didnt find out until I actually went to the office.

The person that checked me had quite of few curve balls and could not tell the truth. It was one price before I signed up and a second price once paid. She had quite the smile and laughter to go a long with it. Quote "kind of Like that " No I would not do business with them again just for that sake.
