“Don't store here. I'm a student and just wanted to store my stuff somewhere safe for the summer while I was out of town, and I ended up taking off work to move everything out a month early. The place smells like a pet store and is infested with mice. We found one alive living in one of my rugs that ran into another unit along with so many droppings all over my stuff. Plus I had to throw out several board games and knicknacks that they chewed up. I only had my things here for a little over a month and it was disgusting. The protection plan that they force you to purchase with your unit does not include coverage for rodent damage. PSA to not store food in your storage unit because it ruins the place for everyone, which I'm assuming some dumb college student did since the reviews are mostly positive before this summer. Also when you try to call customer service, you can only talk to an AI chatbot on the phone..”
