“Time to turn my review to a negative one sadly. These people will harrass the world out of you when you’ve told them 500 times you’ve gotten your stuff out. They’ve sent me about 50 emails (no that isn’t a typo. They want you to “call this number” or do all these steps or upload pictures but aren’t considerate enough to understand not everyone has access to a phone to send what they’re demanding. On top of the 50 emails they send. The reason their rating is so high is due to them offering a steep discount for you to make them look good. It’s hot in this place; no place to put your trash, no one comes and cleans it. And the list goes on. Okay for the small price but it’s NOT temp controlled and if it is, it can’t keep up with the size of the building. Keep in mind, these guys will harass you insanely bad and offer discounts on units to keep the reviews perfect, not me..”
