“My experience was only at the Kacey St location across from Xfinity in Hinesville, Ga. The staff was always pretty easy to deal with and they were flexible in nature when it came to information on trying to get stuff done that may have been from an unusual situation or scenario. They did got 3.5-4 of the hottest months in 2025 without A/C in the condition building and they did not compensate us or anything for such a lengthy time without what we were all basically paying for. Their get had a time or two where you were locked in or out until their service guy arrived. A lady was inside for 3 hours and we were outside for same length of time. That happened in 2025 also. Been good aside of these things. Had my unit for about 4 years. Would go back if I needed storage again..”
