“I rented a storage unit from Joshua at National Self Storage on Thornydale & Tangerine, Marana. Joshua Padilla helped me with everything. I am over 70 yr old and I hate new things and especially technology. Joshua helped me to understand my contract and their app system. How to access my storage unit using my app. He also helped me to load their app on to my cellphone. We then went through a trial opening of my unit using my cell. And I did it! He also recommended where to park my vehicle and a host of other helpful hints. Thank you Joshua! You made a old woman feel comfortable and not so fearful. Sincerely, D. Thomas.”
