“Do not trust this company. I was a customer for over ten years and had NOTHING but problems with Max Vault Storage in Inman, SC. The representatives are “shifty,” Max Vault is VERY expensive, and when a problem arises, they’re extremely unhelpful. If you need a reliable storage location whether temporary or long-term, stick with a more reputable company like Public Storage or Extra Space Storage. Sure, these other companies may not be less expensive, but the customer service experience with the facility I chose has been so much better than Max Vault Inman ever provided. Plus another benefit to Public Storage and Extra Space Storage is that they offer climate controlled storage units. Max Vault Inman is NOT climate controlled, and to charge $80 per month for a base unit that isn’t climate controlled is not worth the money. I read a review from Whitney from a month ago and they stated “I never experienced any issues!” Well, I’m glad to hear that — but when you do experience an issue (and hopefully you won’t), but when you do, you’ll then experience the poor level of customer service with Max Vault in Inman..”
