I felt all my belongings were kept safe at all times. I never had any issues. The price did seem a little high, but for the quality of the facility it was well worth the money I paid monthly. The storage facility was super easy to use, and very accessible at all times. I would highly recommend using Agness Self Storage..”

“Great staff. Runs a clean and well priced business. Easy to access. Very kind. I was in a financially difficult place for about a year. They worked with me and got me into a less expensive unit. Also allowed me to delay payments until I could afford to resume them. They ended up waiving the late fees and most of the amount that has built up over a few months. I definitely felt like they saw me as a human being and not just a way to make money. Pretty rare for companies. Never had a negative experience with them at all..”
