There are a number of items you cannot store at All-Star Secure Storage - Twin Falls.
You cannot store combustible materials because of the threat of them catching fire. These items include fireworks, fuel tanks, fertilizer, paint thinner, and so on. If it seems like it'll easily catch fire, avoid storing it. You also cannot store firearms.
You cannot store living animals or plants. Do not treat a storage space as a replacement for a proper pet sitter. Not only are storage spaces not built for people or animals to live in them, but the food you leave out for your pets could also attract pests. Similarly, plant soil could attract pests as well.
You cannot store food of any type including, but not limited to, canned foods, perishable foods, dry foods, or pet food for similar reasons. Food will attract pests and will cause an infestation in your storage space and spread to others.
Lastly, you cannot store illegal items such as prohibited weapons, illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, and stolen items. If it's not legal to house it elsewhere, you cannot store it here.
We offer indoor storage that is temperature controlled and drive-up storage here at All-Star Secure Storage - Twin Falls. The term temperature-controlled storage describes storage spaces that are found inside a building and maintain the ambient temperature within them between 60 and 80 degrees year round. These temperature levels are ideal for keeping your things in great condition. These storage spaces provide protection against the elements as they're fully covered.
Drive-up storage spaces are located outside so you can literally drive right up to them. These spaces allow you to easily unload and load your vehicle, making it a breeze to put stuff in, or take stuff out of your storage space. These are convenient spaces if you know you're going to store belongings that would be difficult to carry in and out of a building.

Yes. Any type of vehicle (car, boat, trailer, RV, recreational vehicles, etc) that is being stored at one of our facilities requires a photo of the following documents for proof of ownership: Driver's license, title, and current registration. If you don't own the title of the vehicle, please provide the name, phone number, and address for the lienholder. If your vehicle will be stored inside a unit, we require you to put a tarp under the vehicle to help with any oil spills that may occur upon your stay.
We unfortunately aren't able to hold or reserve a storage space for a future date as it depends on availability at the time of need.
With Storage Smart Entry by Noke, units labeled 'smart unit' won't require a physical lock. That's because your unit will come with a Noke system which is a cloud-based technology to allow tenants to get in the gate, building/s, and unit/s, all with a smartphone app! Units not labeled 'smart unit' do require a personal lock upon your move-in date. We recommend a disc lock for maximum security.
