They were extremely attentive and added me to their wait list, and told me they would call if anything came open. A couple of days later, I found a unit that would suffice at another Stor-it facility a few miles away. I was in the process transferring my possessions to that facility, when I received a call from one of the more convenient locations, and was told they had a unit that met my needs. They took care of the cancellation, and transferred my account to the next location. The customer service at each location was exemplary!.”
