“From the time Tyler answered the phone to parking our trailer, my experience has been great! Tyler walked through all the paperwork and all the rules and courtesies of using the facility with expertise and professionalism. The rate at this facility was a good bit under what other nearby facilities are offering. Two things I hope change in the future: 1. The width of the parking spaces is a bit snug. I will have to park just right to get my trailer door open part way. 2. A multi-month pre payment discount would be a nice bonus. I paid 6 months in advance, at the normal rate just so I don’t have to think about it for a while. Looking forward to a trouble free storage experience!.”
