“We've had a storage unit here for many years. The unit itself Is Ok, and the new owners have made some great updates to the property. But the rate increases are getting out of hand. Too often and too much. The last two increases were less than a year apart and more than 10% for each one.. On top of that, they gave less than 30 days notice for each of them!.”
