“Shawnna, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry that you had a bad experience and We apologize for any confusion regarding the lease agreement and our company policies. We strive and take pride in offering the very best service including our security surveillance and monitoring system for added security to all our tenants. As we discussed, you did not, nor does any of our tenants have "Tenant Protection" on their vehicles. This is covered by the owner of the vehicle. Again, I'm sorry for the confusion. If you have any other concerns, I would be happy to discuss them with you. Deanna- Property Manager SAW Storage.”

“Iv been using this place to store my travel trailer at for just over 3 years. The price is the only decent aspect of it. The gate has a padlock on it that has a shared code. The gate is constantly left open. On average its left open atleast 25% of the time I show up. From what iv noticed its people who have a locked storage unit that leave it open. No consideration for the very few people that have road worthy trailers, RVs, or boats.....which brings me to the next topic. Out of the 20 or so travel trailers there only 8 or 9 are actually road worthy (this is not an exaggeration). I can say we never did have any break into to our trailer. But the bottom line for moving out was due to the fact my wife did not feel comfortable going there by herself anymore. There is no water and only a portapotty for restroom..”

“I want to share my experience so others understand what they may be dealing with before storing property here. This facility advertises security features such as 24-hour surveillance and gated access. In reality, the gate uses a padlock code that has remained the same for many years. Anyone who has had access to the facility in the past can still enter. It is essentially a single code that could easily be shared with anyone. The fencing around the property also does not appear to be secure, and it would not be difficult for someone to get underneath it. My bus was stored here and has been broken into multiple times. During my most recent visit, the tarp covering the roof had been removed and the roof hatches were taken off, allowing rainwater to pour inside. The vehicle flooded and is now filled with mold. I had invested thousands of dollars into that bus. At this point the damage is so severe that it is essentially a total loss. Because I have severe mold allergies, I cannot safely go inside the vehicle anymore. That also means I cannot move it myself. Another issue is access within the facility. Vehicles are often parked directly in front of others, making it extremely difficult for customers with larger vehicles like buses or RVs to move them out even if they wanted to. When I originally signed my storage agreement, paperwork was completed regarding insurance and responsibility for stored property. I personally took photos of the documents that were signed, but I am now being told those records cannot be located. Due to the repeated break-ins, the lack of real security, and the damage that has occurred to my vehicle, I will not be continuing to pay to store it here. The security that is advertised on the website does not match what is actually present at the facility. At this point the bus is a total loss and I cannot safely enter it or move it due to the mold contamination. Management will need to address this situation and determine how it will be handled. I hope the facility improves its security and management oversight so that other customers do not experience the same situation..”
