“I needed storage space for a shipping container, & tool trailers. Calling around locally, had about given up. Apparently no one likes shipping containers but me. Who knew? Vernita at Gold Street fixed me up with just what I needed at a great rate. A lifesaver, highly recommend! Edit to add: Used them again at Gold St. With another conex. The above comment is from 5+ yrs ago. Easy in & out, never heard of any theft. Good place. Recommend..”

“I use to rent here and the prices were awesome,then the place sold and changed hands and also the prices went up 32.00 for my little storage space....I took my stuff out right away and don't think I will recommend it to anyone. After the response from new owner.... I removed my belongings in Dec. After giving a 45 day in advance vacate notice, they call me asking for a late payment,also regarding the reply to my post.... You are still working on improving that Gold St property, the place was under construction forever. I hope the renters have any type of insurances when the high waters come in the spring....”
