“Went to get a unit in an urgent matter. It was a last minute situation. Booked a unit online and got there and nobody was there. Mind u we arrived at noon and they were supposed to close at 2. Finally received a call back two days after leaving a message. I told them the situation and their response was “we had a call off it was out of our control”. excuse me? as a business u shouldn't close because “nobody can cover”. Common sense that management should be covering when nobody is there. Isn’t that how a business works ?? Seems they don’t care about losing out on money..”
